Music at Nini with Sarah

Sarah had been wanting to go to Nini and check it out, so we invited her to go with us to music class.  Ashlynn absolutely adores music class at Nini, and she was very excited to have Sarah join us!  As usually Ashlynn was dancing around and having a blast.  Jackson is a little less enthusiastic about music at the moment, but I'm sure that will change as he gets a little older!

Mother's Day

This year for Mother's Day we went with the homemade gifts for the Grandmothers and Great Grandmother.  Ashlynn had fun painting the pots in her princess dress.  Jax even helped a little bit.  We went up to camp to spend the day with all of the Moms.  The weather was great, and we had a fun day.  All 4 of the family dogs were there as well.  I think they all had fun playing together too.  Towards the end of the day Ashlynn picked me a nice big bouquet of Dandelions.  When she gave them to me she said 'this is for your mothers day'.  She has been giving me little presents for my mothers day ever since!

Sue & Vinny's Farm

We went over to Sue & Vinny's Farm to play with their new baby lambs.  Ashlynn thought they were really cute, but was afraid to get too close because the mother sheep were being too loud for her.  She meet a few new friends to play with while we were there.  After a little while she convinced Vinny to run round the field and catch a lamb away from its mother so she could visit!  

Gardening

Nana come over to help us work on our little garden.  We dug up some of the grass on either side of out stairs to make a little garden.  We planted 3 new knock out rose bushes to go with the 1 bush we already had.  Ashlynn was Nana's little helper for the whole project!  She even has her own wheel borrow.  Jackson just spent some time soaking up the sun!  The garden looks great, maybe next year ww will add a few more plants, but we figured we will take it slow for now.
