Beach Party!

On Sunday June 26th we headed over to Pawtuckaway State Park for Maddi's 9th Birthday & Ethan's 6th Birthday Parties.  The weather wasn't looking great in the morning, but by the time we got there it had cleared up.  At first Ashlynn  was not so sure about feeling the sand on her feet and hands.  After a little while she thought it was a great idea to eat the sane.  She was also happy to have a buddy to  play with!  JB even gave Ashlynn a crawling lesson.  Nana was dunking Ashlynn's feet into the lake and she thought it was so much fun!!!

Shayne had a great time playing with Ethan and all of his friends.  They splashed around in the water.  After they got tired of that they moved onto digging in the sand.  Shayne and Ethan are both becoming very good swimmers this summer!

After everyone was getting tired it was time for cake and presents (the best part of every party!)  Maddi & Ethan got lots of neat gifts.  It was the prefect place to have a birthday party, and I think everyone had a great time!
