Chemo Round 4 Session 1 & 2

Yay! We have finally started Ashlynn's last 12 weeks of chemo.  I am so proud of Ashlynn, she has done and amazing job still being a typical toddler during everything else that has been going on the past year.

Treatment 1- We started this round of chemo with one of her long treatments.  During this treatment we also got more 'Flashes of Hope' pictures taken.  I love this organization, and I'm sure I will be thankful to have all of these pictures to look back on.  This was one of the best long treatments Ashlynn has had.  We decided to make the trip in one day instead of staying over night at David's house.  This makes for a long day for the two of us, but we both sleep a lot better in our own beds.  Ashlynn spent a lot of the day alternating between napping and playing, not a bad day if you ask me! (well minus the whole chemo thing).

Treatment 2-  This was a short week for Ashlynn.  We had one of the first appointments of the day, and since Ashlynn was looking so good we didn't even have to wait around for the lab to process her blood work.  We were home by lunch time!  These are my favorite weeks, quick and uneventful.  I am hopeful we will have the same fate this week!
