Thursday of this week we finally were able to introduce Ashlynn and Evianna. Ashlynn was not so sure about her at first. She would look at her and either makes a funny face. She would look away and then laugh after. Most of the night she just pretended that Evi wasn’t there. I’m pretty sure she was jealous that Mom and Nana were paying attention to another baby. I’m sure once they both get a little older they will become best friends!
Later in the evening Nana decided she wanted to get a picture of her and her FOUR grandkids. This turned out to be quite the task. We got Nana holding Evi and Maddi in place. Ethan was being a grumpster, and then I handed Ashlynn to Nana. Ashlynn decided that she wanted to touch Evi’s face (not in the most gentle way) and Nana was trying to juggle the 2 babies. The whole thing ended with Evi getting folded up (she survived the incident just fine- good thing Danica isn’t a first time mother!) and no good pictures. Although the pictures we got were rather comical. I may submit them to the Ellen Show for the Awkward Family Photo Contest!
